Keep Quiet

When trying to reach a group decision, does everyone need to say everything that comes to mind? Not if you want to get anything done. Spending more time listening and thinking about what you want to say would be more productive. When we speak without careful choice of words, it may result in unintentional meaning. I say be quiet until it is needed. No need for too many words.
