As societies grow and populations get bigger, humans realize that they need to divide responsibilities and specialties, and no one can do everything on their own.

After the industrial revolution happened and humans' hygiene got better, society requirements expanded and as more people tent to engage in industry and industrial service, a competitive market was constructed.

This competition led people to try more and work harder to increase the quality of their lives. As people tried hard to be the best they could, they felt they gained job security. A safe job that guarantees a constant income. This may be the start point of evil spirit and the envy among people specially towards people who acquired higher ranks.

They may act as if they suppress other people grow that they may not be replaceable. The question is, how to cease this sad consequence among people?
