Have you been aware of...? (4)

We saw that love is an important abstract concept that we understand but cannot truly define. To show it, we display scenes pointing to it and let people sense it.

Jalal-al-din Mohammed Balkhi, great Iranian philosopher (famous as Rumi) in the 13th century A.D., says: "If someone doesn't have love, he/she would better not exist." What has led Balkhi to claim that? Why is love very important?

Let's take a look at some phenomenon. We see one of frequent complaints of couples is that he/she behaves cold (not paying the required attention) so he/she doesn't love me. People get mad if they don't feel reciprocal love.

Although, "love" is an emotion, it's tightly linked with a very important and fundamental humanistic need which is "to be loved." Very critical and vital love has a lot of children. Connected with a lot of emotions and have very powerful effects on human sight and action.
