Sensations Part 1- What Exactly Is Sadness?

One of the trickiest psychiatric disorders originates from our low ability to interpret how we feel and this may cause the illusion or reality of depression, joy and false pleasure of the situation which actually is artificial.

Even the false results of wrong interpretation of our mood may result in various body symptoms like headache, peptic ulcer (wound in stomach or bowel), irritable bowel syndrome, etc. One of the most important sensations in humans is "sadness."

What exactly is sadness?

How we can realize it?

What are the symptoms?

Why it's considered "bad" to be sad in the society?

And what are the symptoms of suppressing sadness?

All of the above questions are addressed in the second part of the series.
