The basis of the sadness is to lose or not to achieve anything we have spent a lot of time and energy for.
Deeper sadness results from the position we could have achieved, but we haven't. The cause and effect are deeper, because it's a combination of the lost position and the violence against our imagined rights.
As the dimension and amount of failure get deeper, we will be more sad and the influence will be bigger. The greatest source of sadness is loosing the people who have great role in our life and are very important to us.
Sadness may be easily misunderstood by hatred or being furious. When we are sad, we tend to be quiet and think about possibilities that sadness could have prevented. Our body gets loose and we need to stop and review the result. Sadness is not a bad feeling and is actually required...
