Real fear happens after facing the problem. We get worried when we face the problem and we feel as if we can't solve it or have no ideas to manage it.
Some sorts of fears are the result of our consistent response to new situations as fear. What it means is that we should teach ourselves to think critically about what worries us. Critically thinking and viewing the world helps grow our brain in a way we can understand causes of events that give us worry. If our brain is able to realize the cause leading to the emotional trigger, it can provide responses and we won't be afraid of it.
Critics help us see wider and reduce our anxiety. Although, anxiety could have originated from several sensations, the most powerful reason for that is the fear of something. One of reasons that cause us fear after facing the problem is that we dedicate a low amount of time reading.
The various new entertainment avenues can't teach us the required experiences we could have faced in our life. We should pick our entertainment wisely so that they could add us required knowledge in life.
