As different groups and organizations made different values, people decided to create mutual interests in order to gather different groups and professions together. People needed to make connections between their smaller groups in order to bring unity using some universal criteria that all people accept and respect. This made people gather together in nations and set up rules.

Soon, people began to understand the importance of standardizing the understanding across different groups of people and professions. Primary education was designed to bring basic understanding of each profession such as history, literature and culture as the factors of unity for all people.
