Simple actions may have large consequences. Many of our works are based upon our culture which is itself a product of our simple works. It means our simple works result in culture and the culture results in simple works. These simple works apparently originate from the way that our ancestors used to think.

To consider how great the impact of simple works is, let's take a look at the "Black Lives Matter" social movement. Many people of the nation didn't even know the cause of the demonstrations. They thought the protesters were anti-nation anarchists but they weren't. It's because people were acting according to the norms and culture. But what if many of the norms and behaviors in our culture are having a disproportionally negative effect on African Americans?
