Imagine the mind of a pessimist. It is always trying to predict what can go wrong in any event. This creates distrust in the mind and as time passes the mind finds reasons to reassure this distrust.

The mind provides you what you have demanded and you will trap yourself with other pessimistic people. You attract those who are similar to you. This is called the law of attraction.
