Cephalian people have good relations with the citizens of the neighboring lands. They are friendly with the people of "Vacoria," the southern land which is rich in food and has a great food distribution industry. Vacorian people export their prepared food all over the Lively Land. Vacorian people don't produce food on their own. They import their food for preparation and distribution from their southern land "Aliment." Alimentarian people catch food, chop it up, and export the food to the Vacoria. Cephalian people support both Vacorian and Alimentarian people in their respective industries. Cephalian's also have ambassadors to report any problems in the process while trying to solve them as much as they can. Cephalian Neura and Glia ranked people are highly experienced and educated which help other lands facing their problems. Their honesty and integrity in their work allows other lands to trust them and send a lot of information to them. Cephalian people take prepared food in exchange for their logistical assistance to Vacoria.
