The Lively Land - Episode 3 Cephalian Hierarchy Part 1 (What's Going on in the Brain?)

Cephalia has a National Guarding System (NGS) including both the Epia and the Glia ranks. The NGS has two army forces. The "Coast Force" which is mostly Epia- ranked and the "Land Force" consisting mostly of Gila.

When the food arrives from the Vacoria, the Coastal Force precisely and strictly inspects the loads from the mailing boats. Although the Coastal Force is strict in its action, it isn't armed. In cases of threats and invasions, the Land Force comes up. They are armed and ready to destroy the invasions.

Each nation has its own army, and for better protection, the whole Lively Land has an International Arm Force System (IAFS) which is supported by all nations. The headquarters of the IAFS are located in periphery of the Lively Land, and always have navy forces located all over the Lively Land. The Cephalian people are mostly literate and they know the strategies to manage a crises. However, they are not familiar with army systems. Thus, the IAFS constantly sends forces to Cephalia and because they are a highly skilled army, they get Glia rank and create the Land Force of the Cephalia.
