The Lively Land - Episode 4 - (What's going on in the Brain?) Cephalian Heirarchy Part 2

Neura-ranked people have the greatest importance in the Cephalia. They are engaged in all the decisions for Cephalia and policy making.

Some of the Neuras are ambassadors. They send the news and the events' reports happening in other countries and get the country's policies and instruction to the probable crises both in Cephalia and the destiny land.

Since Chephalia has many Neura-ranked people in the different countries of the Lively Land, its important for Cephalia to maintain peace all over the Lively Land. There are Neuras in the Cephalia who collect the messages from ambassadors and amplify them to send them trough to the higher-ranked Neuras.
