The Power of Exercise

Doing exercise applies tremendous effects! Let's look at one of them.

Our body is consisted of functional units called cells. There is a factor in our body called "hydrogen ion" which enables our cells to survive, by helping their functioning laborers, enzymes, stay in shape and perform well.

As Avicenna, the great Persian medical director and physician in 11th century, in the book 'The Canon of Medicine' says: "Every factor in our body if in normal range, will be appropriate, if not, it will cause trouble," if hydrogen ion accumulates in the body, especially in the blood, it will cause trouble and make the brain less-responsive. In extremely high amounts of hydrogen ions, your body may experience comatose.

Doing exercise helps your body reduce the amount of hydrogen ions by increasing your breathing rate and depth. As the hydrogen ion levels come back to the normal range and even a little bit lower, your brain feels more fresh and conscious that will be able to process signals sent into it faster and more efficient.‎
