The whole universe, as a whole of material and energy, could be considered a system. Everything is neatly connected to each other in this system and in fact, completes each others' actions, roles, etc. So, looking through the world from outside, can we claim to be able to define time from inside the world? There is not any other system(s) to compare with.
So! If someone were to look from outside of the world, would he/she experience time as we do? As our current world is consisted of lots of systems constructed by material and energy, materials have energy and move and create time both inside their system and relative to other systems. What if there wasn't any material to interact with each other? Would time still keep its value and meaning?
