People need to look backward and be proud of what they have done and created. For example, a teacher looks back and sees a lot of students they have trained. A bus driver looks at the number of people they have helped.

This is a lot connected with job satisfaction. Human requirements if not met, will result in mental disorders. But obviously our needs are divided into basic and 2nd hand emerged requirements. basic needs are something like food, water, shelter, love and immunity, education, etc those are constant for all people. 2nd hand emerging needs are created by humans' expectations. This division is the part that should be managed and worked on either.
