Expectations are concepts that we can manage. Believe it or not, as a result of marketing, many corporations and companies don't look at what people actually need. They make sales requirements and use advertisements to make people believe their lives need to have what is being sold.

Here, there is a point that should be mentioned. The companies are divided into two groups. First group are the innovative companies. These companies look at the missing criteria of people's lives and invent something and supply people with it. For example the inventors of air conditioners.
